Make sure to drink plenty water. The amount of water needed varies from person to person and is affected by metabolism, climate and levels of activity. While there is no recommended daily "dose", the general consensus is that the average healthy adult living in a temperate climate should consume 2-3 litres of water a day

Moisture Is A Must.

As well as making sure you keep your body's hydration at a healthy level, you should apply moisturiser to your skin every day. Moisturiser should be applied twice a day: in the morning before applying makeup and last thing at night. The day time moisturiser needs to contain SPF (sun protection factor) appropriate to the climate where you are living. If the atmosphere is dry, your skin will benefit from the use of a humidifier; this is particularly important in the winter when central heating is in use.

Of course, it is impossible to halt the aging process but its visible affect on your skin can be slowed down so that the appearance of wrinkles starts later rather than sooner.
